TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. We do not give you permission to represent yourself as an SMOOTH employee or affiliate.

2. SMOOTH and/or affiliates are not responsible for any promises you may have made to the potential referred client.

3. Referral rewards are paid out within 30 days of the referred singing. The leasing process includes signing a lease, submitting required deposit payments, as well as submitting completed required documents to SMOOTH.

4. It is your responsibility to report all income from the Referral Program to the Government of Canada.

5. Summaries of remuneration will not be provided by SMOOTH or affiliates.
