Position Overview:
 We are seeking experienced Property Managers who have a strong understanding of provincial landlord–tenant regulations and best practices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple properties while ensuring compliance with regional legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, and maintenance requests.
Ensure compliance with local, provincial, and federal housing laws (e.g., RTA in Ontario, RTB in BC, etc.).
Prepare and review lease agreements, renewals, and notices.
Coordinate inspections, move-ins, and move-outs.
Maintain accurate financial and operational records in Yardi Breeze.
Communicate effectively with owners, vendors, and tenants.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of property management experience (multi-unit or mixed portfolio preferred).
Strong knowledge of provincial tenancy laws and compliance procedures.
Excellen organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with property management software (Yardi Breeze Premier experience needed).
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.
